Our Services

Social Support

Staying socially active is key to good health. At Heart and Soul, we support your social life as part of your well-being. Our services include joining activities with you and providing social visits.

Getting Home

We offer personal support to help you move from hospital to home smoothly. We'll help you unpack, do a load of washing, go shopping, and make sure you feel comfortable and settled back in.

Transport

We offer help getting to appointments, shopping, medical visits, social visits, seeing family and friends, or anywhere else you want to go—the choice is yours.

Flexible Respite

Need a break from your caregiving role? Take some time to relax, go to an appointment, do your weekly shopping, or enjoy a well-deserved holiday.

Sleepovers

Need support overnight? We offer overnight care to help you feel safe and secure in your own home.

Light Domestic

Our domestic assistance includes vacuuming, dusting, washing, changing bed linen, cleaning bathrooms, mopping floors, tidying kitchens, and taking out the rubbish.

24/7 Care

If your loved one has serious care needs, they may need professional support both day and night, which is 24-hour care.

Personal Care

We provide services ranging from basic shower assistance to more complex care, such as grooming, shaving, oral care, toileting, and help with mechanical aids.

Meal Preparation

We can heat up a prepared meal or cook something fresh with your preferred ingredients, so you can enjoy delicious breakfasts, satisfying lunches, or gourmet dinners.
